About us
We already make this oak. Now we sell it direct.
A timber producer selling straight to UK buyers, without the layers in between.
The team behind Timberoc has supplied oak to UK joinery workshops and merchants for over 10 years — until now through trade buyers who bought from us every month and sold it on. They kept coming back, so the timber was never the problem — the number of hands it passed through was.
Timberoc removes those hands. Same plants, same grading, same packing standard, sold straight to the joinery workshop, stair builder or furniture maker who actually uses it, at a producer's price.
How production is organised
Each process runs at a specialist plant rather than under one roof. A single workshop has to keep its own machines busy; we send each job wherever it is made best and soonest.
- Sawing & drying
- A sawmill and kilns that handle oak all day. Boards are dried to 8–10% and rested before they move on.
- Panels & machining
- A panel-gluing line and machining shops with four-side planers, beam saws and CNC.
- Finishing
- Sanding and finishing lines applying oil and lacquer to a consistent standard, every day.

Common questions
- Where is it made?
- Across a fixed group of specialist plants we have worked with for years, each doing one process — sawing, drying, gluing, machining or finishing — at scale.
- How are your prices lower?
- Oak bought at volume, specialist plants and no idle overhead — each job goes to the plant that is set up for it. The difference is built in, so the price holds on repeat orders.
- How long does it take?
- Two to three weeks on standard sizes; three to five weeks from an approved cutting list on made-to-measure work, delivery included. Urgent jobs can sometimes be pulled forward.
- Is there a minimum order?
- None on trade accounts. Orders work best at a pallet or more, since delivery is a fixed cost per drop, but smaller orders are fine if the delivery charge suits you.
- Can I see the oak before I order?
- Yes. Samples of the grade and finish you are considering are available for a small charge, which comes off your first order. Ask for one on the quote form.
